An order confirmation email will be sent shortly to the email address you’ve provided. When your order ships an email with a delivery confirmation number for tracking will be provided. All orders are shipped by the US Postal Service (USPS).
Delivery times do vary by location as shown below:
General Shipping Guidelines:
USA shipments: 5 to 7 business days
Canada Express Mail: Approximately 7-10 business days
International Express Mail: Approximately 7-10 business days
In most cases orders are received before the general dates provided. Canada and International orders can sometimes take extra time due to Customs and Health Department regulations for each country.
For USA shipments; if you have not received your order by the 10th business day of your original order date please contact our office by phone or by email.
For Canada and International Express shipments; if you have not received your order by the 15th business day of your original order date please contact our office by email.
You may also simply track your package by the tracking number provided at www.usps.com for detailed transit information. If you do not receive an email with tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order please call or email our office to send a request to our Shipping Dept. to re-email you the information. All requests are fulfilled within 24 business hours.
